The City of Osage owns and maintains nine park sites for a total of 275 acres.  The facilities and areas include:
    
9 park shelters (Burnham Park, Bob Muller Park, JC Field & Park,Rotary Soccer Park, Davidson Park, City Park, Water Tower Park, Harmony Park, and Spring Park)
4 baseball fields (Bob Muller Park & JC Field Park)
2 outdoor basketball courts (City Park & Spring Park)
1 fishing area (Spring Park)
2 nature areas (on trails into and out of Spring Park)
7 playgrounds (Burnham Park, Bob Muller Park, JC Ball Park, City Park, Water Tower Park, Harmony Park, Spring Park)
1 primitive campground (Spring Park)
2 horseshoe courts (located at the Mitchell Co Fairgrounds)
1 skate park (Davidson Park)
4 soccer fields (Rotary Soccer Park)
3 tennis courts (City Park & JC Ball Park)
1 sand volleyball court (City Park)
9-hole Frisbee disc golf course (Davidson Park)
3-mile limestone trail (Harry Cook Trail to Spring Park)

The Osage Park & Rec Department also sponsors many Youth Recreation Programs, including:
Fall/Spring Soccer
Summer T-ball, Softball, and Baseball
Girls Tennis
