Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board of Adjustment is established by Chapter 20 of the Zoning Code of Ordinances. The Board is established to hear and decide appeals where there is a determination made by the Zoning Administrator of the Code, that the applicant wishes to appeal.
- Members are appointed by the Mayor and serve five (5) years terms.
